It's all about support...

Hello,

In effort to consolodate emails, keep track of your requests, and be, well, more timely with my responses to your requests, I have implemented a pretty sweet ticketing system.

Here are the basics

You can email "technical support" requests to support@burritotime.net
You can email "website updates" requests to support@burritotime.com
You can send attachements in these emails as well. Up to 10MB.
You will be notified by email when you open a ticket, if an action is needed by you, or when the ticket is closed by BTD.

I encourage clients, existing and future, to register and use this system as it will really make things quite a bit more efficient.

Life From the Inside

I have been somewhat remiss in posting Burrito Time Design's latest project.

Life From The Inside

Through a colloborative design effort, BTD was hired to build a simple, graphically appealing website for the new internet sitcom, called Life From the Inside.

Most of the design credit goes to the client, as they provided the bulk of the graphics. Technically, BTD used ASP to dynamically generate the video feeds which are powered by YouTube.

I recommend you check out the site, and provide them with feedback on their show.

The more traffic they get, the better. Especially, if it means BTD can ride their coattails a little.

Meebo Me and Stuff

In an effort to be more "Web 2.0 Savvy" we integrated a terrific new product/tool/company/contact thing/im service into our website - Meebo

We wanted to find a way for visitors, past, present and future clients to interact with us from the website so that if we are available online, they would know and be able to ask a question directly and without haste.

What is really terrific about meebo is that ya'll can leave messages when we are not online and they are automatically saved ready for us to pick up next time we log in.

Anyhow, Kudos to Meebo for their innovation and Kudos to us for putting it up here and Kudos to you for trying it and Kudos to Kudos for creating a product of the same name.
