In effort to consolodate emails, keep track of your requests, and be, well, more timely with my responses to your requests, I have implemented a pretty sweet ticketing system.
Here are the basics

You can email "technical support" requests to support@burritotime.net
You can email "website updates" requests to support@burritotime.com
You can send attachements in these emails as well. Up to 10MB.
You will be notified by email when you open a ticket, if an action is needed by you, or when the ticket is closed by BTD.
I encourage clients, existing and future, to register and use this system as it will really make things quite a bit more efficient.
